Therapy services may be coordinated or provided when ordered, authorized, and included in the individual’s plan of care.

We work with families and appropriate educational professionals to support school enrollment and educational participation for school-age children.

Nursing

Skilled nursing and supportive care services are provided based on each individual’s assessed needs and individualized plan of care.
